STEP 1: GET TO NEW YORK
We are now finally in New York!!!!!!! After a stressful day of traveling (we booked the flights with a thirty minute layover--its a miracle we made our next flight)... and then a very long process of carrying our bags every 10 feet because we had SIX OF THEM!!!!! I luckily was able to stack mine on top of each other, but Tommy had to roll his basically one at a time every 10 feet while I would watch his other bags-- QUITE a process... then we had 2 hours of traffic to get into the city with our taxi driver from Haiti.... but then we made it to New York City! Ha ha such a fun day.
Six bags... one taxi... it's possible :)

these are some pictures from our first night of adventures. my favorite thing we did which unfortunately i didn't get a picture of was shopping at a little market for some fresh fruit at like 11:30 at night. it made me feel much more at home, doing some things that i love

we went and saw the outside of our apartment building and I am OBSESSED. I am so excited to move in next week

Hurray! So exciting. What a big adventure for you guys. The pizza looks AMAZING. You guys look great. Also that cracks me up what you said about moving the suit cases one at a time haha. love you both.
