Good Afternoon, How may I help you?

Yesterday was my first day of job training! I was so excited. The day before I went and bought some new work clothes at Banana, and then wore the new sweater I got the very next day.

It went well! The majority of the day I took notes and payed very close attention. Then the last hour I manned the phones all by myself. My goodness! You would not believe how nerve racking it is at first! I need to get into a grove-- work on my phone voice, get more natural and study the names and numbers of the transfers. I can make anything complicated I swear. Ha ha. Also, I feel a little bit like I am playing secretary which is very fun. When I was younger, I used to dress up and put my hair in a bun and play pretend secretary. That was one of the characters I dressed up as! (as well as a twin ice skater with Erica, roller skater, princess, detective, mermaid, and house mom) those were the days people!! Oh and I am excited because I work two blocks away from Central Park, also near the Apple Cube, and the LOVE landmark which is famous for some reason I am not sure! AND TEN MINUTES from Tommy. The best part of all! We had lunch together.

Xoxo Mrs. Smith
