It was mouth watering. I loved the feeling of whipping and mashing the pumpkin, throwing in spices and all of the other ingredients. There is nothing like baking. Sometimes out of laziness I don't want to bake.. make a mess, etc. But every time I do, I am worlds happier. Not to mention, a little sweeter--pun totally intended.
If you haven't tried making one from complete scratch, you must do so as soon as you can find the time.
