MY TO DO LIST before we get married on JUNE 17th, 2011
1. Wedding plans (obviously)
2. Finish my research with the professors
3. Find an internship
4. Finish my on campus classes
5. Register for graduation!!!
6. Hone my kitchen duties through much cooking :)
AS you can see from the comprehensive list above, I have a lot to do... a lot of not so enjoyable things... so here is what I have done to make them enjoyable!
I made an excel sheet of goals because what says enjoyable more than an excel sheet? haha oh dear... also, Nat and I attempted to make a poached egg. Hence the word attempt. I do not know why I started my kitchen adventures firstly with one of the more difficult things to make. Though we failed, it was a success in fun and new endeavors. I learned a lot and I am now determined to become a master egg poacher!
